The focus of this guide is the federal regulation of electricity.
Provides full coverage of federal court dockets. Documents currently available through the database are pulled from PACER. Any document that requires a court runner is not accessible for students or faculty through the database.
Provides access to dockets from federal appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts. There is a charge of 10 cents a page for both searches and requested documents. GW Law students and faculty should use Bloomberg Law instead of PACER to search for dockets.
