Using Canvas to Deliver Course Content

Creating A Canvas Assignment

The Canvas Assignments tool is an efficient way to collect student work and assign and create detailed Assignments within Canvas. The Assignments tool may be used for items like: homework assignments, exercises, written papers (final or multiple drafts, or peer review).

1. Click Assignments in the Course Navigation Menu.

2. Click the blue Assignment button to create a new assignment.
