Loan periods and fees

Non-GW Faculty Borrowing Services

Non-GW faculty from institutional members of WRLC may borrow items through the CLS or through interlibrary loan.  Items may not be picked up at the law library but will be delivered to the home institution.  The law library is not a pick-up location for any items borrowed through CLS.

Consortium Loan Service (for pick up at home institution library) 4 Months, with due dates of January 31, May 31, and September 30 Limit of 3 renewals
Bound Periodicals Not applicable  
Reserve Collection Not applicable  

All items borrowed from the law library are subject to recall.  Faculty must return items within 14 days of receipt of the recall notice.  Recalled items borrowed through interlibrary loan must be returned immediately.

Non-GW Students and Staff

Non-GW students from institutional members of WRLC may borrow items through the CLS or through interlibrary loan.  Items may not be picked up at the law library but will be delivered to the home institution.  The law library is not a pick-up location for any items borrowed through CLS.
