U.S. FLAG FLOWN OVER THE CAPITOL BUILDING TO HONOR DEE J. KELLY
This flag was presented to the family of Dee J. Kelly (J.D., Class of 1954). It was flown over the Capitol on July 16, 2018, at the request of the Honorable Roger Williams, Member of Congress, to celebrate the naming of the GW Law Learning Center after Mr. Kelly.
