CRS Reports

Congressional Research Service (CRS) reports provide more information about various communications-related topics. While not all CRS Reports are not released publicly, you may find many in the databases below.

Index Databases

These databases index law-related journal articles and usually provide the articles in full-text. For older journal articles you find cited here but unavailable in full-text, go to HeinOnline.

Google Scholar

Google Scholar indexes scholarly publications in a variety of fields. Use Google Scholar to retrieve articles published in commercial databases, such as HeinOnline and JSTOR, by entering the article's title in the search box. 

To get links from Google Scholar to GW Libraries full text, even when off campus, go to Google Scholar > Settings > Library Links and add the 3 GW libraries:
