During this time, we are only open to GW Law faculty, students and staff, as well as GW Law alumni, Friends of the Jacob Burns Law Library, and University faculty. GW non-law students may request permission to use the library, if they have a special need, by calling the reference desk, 202.994.6647. We are providing remote reference assistance by email, phone or chat. Our interlibrary loan services and Burns Dispatch services are operational.
Access to the Law Library is exclusively reserved for:
During reading and examination periods, access is limited to GW Law faculty, students, alumni and staff and to Friends of the Jacob Burns Law Library. The Law Library may not be used as a study hall except by current students and recent graduates of GW Law.
