Introduction
The purpose of this research guide is to identify legal research resources concerning military justice. Primary sources include the Constitution, the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), the Manual for Courts-Martial (MCM), Department of Defense (DoD) issuances, regulations, and military case law.
Books
Reserve and Course Reserve materials are available for in-library use only, and may be checked out for up to 2 hours from the Law Library's Circulation Desk.
Other materials are generally found in the stacks, e.g., Stack Level One (SL1), Stack Level Two (SL2) and Stack Level Three (SL3).
