OIT can provide a conference phone for a classroom or meeting room upon request. Used alone, the phone allows you to make point-to-point calls. You can either dial out yourself dialing “9” first and then the number. Alternatively, OIT can give you the phone number for the classroom, which can be given to the other party to call in on.
In order to have multiple callers dial in to a meeting, a conference line must be reserved as well.
