The Office of Instructional Technology is able to provide teleconferencing services on a per request basis. Our teleconferencing capabilities comprise of two parts:
- Conference phone (a speakerphone ideal for use in a conference room)
- Conference line (a dedicated phone line that can accommodate multiple callers)
These can be reserved together or separately. It is important that you specify which one(s) you need when you submit a request. We only have two conference lines, and they could easily get double booked if someone used it without reserving it through us.
