No, we cannot accommodate staying for the entirety of the event. If an AV issue arises, please contact us and we will attend to the issue as soon as possible.
No. The amount of microphones listed in this guide for each room is what’s available and already installed and programmed to work with the room’s AV system. You are free to use as many as what's available in the room already.

No, the Media Center does not schedule Zooms for events or provide meeting links. It is the event host's (or another individual involved with and attending the event) responsibility to schedule the Zoom, provide the Zoom link to attendees, and start the Zoom at the event.
The Media Center is available to assist with the room technology when starting the Zoom in the room.
No. You must let us know before the event that you want it recorded. Be sure to include in an email to us:
No, the Media Center cannot log in to the computers for anyone. The external group would need a GW affiliated person/sponsor to use their credentials and log in to the computer for them.

We don’t provide editing services. The extent of editing we can provide is to trim the beginning or end of the recording to when the presentation/event actually begins and ends. You must request this from us when requesting the recording.
