Regulations.gov launched in January 2003 in order to provide the public access to federal regulatory content. Users can search all publicly available regulatory materials, submit a comment on a regulation or on another comment, submit an application or adjudication document, download agencies' regulatory materials, and sign up for email alerts about specific regulations.
