Presidential News Alerting Services

Some of the digital resources subscribed to by the Law Library include "alert" features for users to maintain awareness of current developments within a subject area.

Generally users may have such alerts delivered to any of their email accounts, but in order to access the content linked within a message the user must access it using the Law School network.

  • Bloomberg Law News
    BNA Newsletters are available as well as general news. Presidential documents are referenced or provided in full text by subject-specific newsletters.
  • Homeland Security Digital Library
    Email alerts on Presidential Directives are available once you set up an account with the HDSL. You must use your GW credentials.
  • Law360

    News articles report on major litigation developments in 20 specialized practice areas as well as developments from state, federal, and international legislatures. A daily email report on the Executive Office of the President is available as an alert.
