Student Computing Guide
[pdf]

The Help Desk is the primary point of contact for student computing issues.  The Help Desk is staffed by student employees.  These employees assist students in B204, on the phone, and through chat.  Full-time staff from the library's Electronic Services Department provide support to student employees and monitor the Help Desk email account.  Students should be aware that many issues can not be resolved through email or chat and require a visit to the Help Desk.

Department staff members are available by appointment and can provide further notebook configuration assistance and troubleshooting advice if needed.
